Profile Build Group were engaged to conduct a make safe following water ingress as a result of a blocked drain to a rooftop terrace BBQ area. Water cascaded down the lift shaft, causing damage to common area hallways throughout the entire building.

- Perform electrical make safe, including engaging a lift technician to conduct emergency lift repairs
- Water extraction to lift shaft
- Water extraction to all common area hallways and structural drying
