Profile Build Group were engaged to complete an emergency make safe after a vehicle had impacted both the front roller door and exited the rear solid wall in a garage. The following was completed:
- Immediate attendance to site to assess the scene and make a plan of works
- Carpenters – Boarded up the walls using solid ply sheeting
- Temporary fencing installed and signage fitted to ensure safety
- The area cleaned and debris removed to ensure safety
The repair quotation was prepared and submitted to the loss adjustor as a matter of utmost importance. The quotation was approved and the following repairs were completed.
- Re-framing of the rear elevation wall and install wall sarking
- Installing new rear door and hardware, plasterboard sheeting and exterior weatherboards to return the property to match existing
- Supply and install new electric garage door including new tracks and motor
- Repair damage to external timber fencing
- Repair internal plasterboard walls
- Painting of the garage internally and externally to match existing
