A good result to report on this sewerage overflow claim – instructions were received at 2.18pm, site attendance by us and Profile Build Group at 4.45pm same day; make safe repairs commenced same day; final repairs quoted and approved per scope the following day comprising of electrical, carpentry, plaster, painting and cabinetmaking. The job was completed at lunchtime today (just under 1 week) with a happy Owner!

Everyone in the team over the few days working in the apartment have been amazing. The timing was terrible being Christmas and New Years. Their responses were incredibly fast and professional.
