Profile Build Group were engaged to conduct an emergency make safe following a blocked waste pipe which as a result flooded two units and common area hallway with raw sewerage. The following was conducted to make safe:
- Extraction of raw sewerage to all areas
- Removal of blocked and damaged plumbing
- Removal of carpets, floor coverings, walls, doors and other affected areas
- Clean and sanitise all surfaces
- Water extraction to lift shaft pit and sanitise
- Decommission and recommission the lift
