Profile Build Group were engaged to remove and replace existing damaged balconies including balustrading, tiles, timber framing and provide general maintenance to unit balconies due to age and rust.
The following was involved to remediate this damage:
- Remove concrete cancer and re-render
- Fabrication of new aluminium balustrading and brackets
- Supply, disconnect and reconnect lights to balconies
- Painting of posts, ceilings, slab and fascia’s
- Apply a waterproof membrane
- Re-tile all balconies
