Profile Build Group were engaged to complete maintenance works to a residential complex with 30+ townhouse units due to general deterioration from wear and tear and age.
The repairs conducted were as follows:
- External render repairs to majority of units, including repairs to cracked, poorly installed and weather related wear of render
- Internal plaster and painting repairs to majority of units
